You raise a very good question. Will all teachers, guidance counsellors and health educators think twice when they rush to socially transition kids who express gender nonconformity or discomfort? I think it will take a while for the activist ngos who control school currícula and teacher training to lose their grip.

Yes, we agree. It won't be quick, and the activist NGOs won't be the ones to notify the schools, either. They will continue business-as-usual, and administrators/school committee members not plugged into this topic may not know that they are no longer operating based on 'expert consensus.' Parents and groups like ours who support them will need to continue to raise awareness.

Hear hear! The work you do is so important, so individual parents don’t have to go up against Goliath on their own. Is there a national network of groups like yours?

All should familiarize themselves with Scott Wiener's Victory Institute Plans making more states 'trans refuge' states. I know MA is infested and has one of the highest # of LGBTQ legislators among the states. It is very well funded. Here is what things look like in NJ :

Great news nationally, but Massachusetts pols continue to drape themselves in the trans flag 🙄. Absolutely agree schools are indoctrinating and parents should be vocal at school committee meetings, etc. BUT the root of the problem is at the state level with DESE guidelines that provide legal cover for activist administrators and teachers. The guidance falls under the umbrella of "inclusive schools" and effectively promotes the teaching of gender ideology from preK up.

It does. Yet while local schools are legally required not to discriminate, they aren't legally required to run headlong into trans ideology. The guidance is just that... guidance. So while they can hide behind it for sure (and many do), parents do still have some power. In addition to changing hearts and minds of administrators and school committees (which I do think is possible in some cases), parents have to make them fear parental pushback just as much as they fear the rainbow mafia. It's a tall order, but many decision makers aren't truly activists, they are go-along-to-get-along folks who assumed they were doing the right thing by supporting gender ideology. Once they realize that their position is not unassailable, they may backpedal. Presenting them with good evidence of why they should (or potential liability for further action) provides them the cover they need to do so.

Questions for Massachusetts legislators:

Do current policies permit staff to withhold information from parents about a child’s gender identity, counseling, or social transition? If so, what specific law, regulation, or official guidance authorizes this, and who determines when parental involvement is excluded? What documentation or oversight is required?

If a situation is considered serious enough to bypass parents, what formal process governs that decision? Are courts or child protection authorities involved, or are schools acting independently?

What safeguards ensure that students are carefully evaluated for underlying factors such as anxiety, depression, or bullying before significant identity changes are supported at school? What role do parents play in that process?

"Same Gender Loving,' while all the other options simply reference "sex."

In case there's any doubt in any of these poor children's minds: sexist "gender" is "loving," but no actual sexual orientations are.

It makes sense to the transgenderism lobby marketers. They're the ones who invented it.
