MA Schools are Ignoring Trump EOs that Protect Girls and Stop K-12 Indoctrination. It's Time to Tell on Them.
Hot off the Press: Two New Accountability Tools for MA Parents to Use Today!
Since he took office in January, President Trump’s blizzard of Executive Orders has rivaled an actual blizzard in both intensity and impact. We have fielded many questions from MA parents about what these Executive Orders - especially the ones related to education and gender - mean for their children and their schools. These questions are especially pressing in MA, where changes are slow in coming and our elected officials have indicated that they will defy Executive Orders. What are parents to do in this fractured and confusing landscape? How do they alert the federal government to the fact that their local leaders continue to jeopardize the safety and opportunities of girls and indoctrinate students into woke ideology? Today we are excited to share two new tools that will answer these important questions.
Title IX Complaint Template for MA Parents
The Massachusetts Liberty Legal Center has released a Title IX Complaint Template for MA Parents. This template provides parents with a simple tool to report their local school district if the district is not protecting girls private spaces like bathrooms and locker rooms, or is allowing boys to compete against girls on sports teams.
From the Template:
“The Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights has already announced new investigations into a number of schools and other entities for violating Title IX by failing to protect female students’ privacy and safety rights. This includes an investigation into the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) for refusing to adopt rules to protect female athletes.
Despite these positive developments, however, many Massachusetts schools continue to allow boys who identify as girls into girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, and onto their sports teams. This is unacceptable. If you are the parent of a student in a Massachusetts school district that is not complying with Title IX, we encourage you to file a complaint against the district using the template below. Federal law prohibits the school district from retaliating against you or your child for filing a Title IX complaint.”
The Template then provides a simple, fill-in-the-blank letter that parents can complete, along with instructions on how to send it to the Federal government.

U.S. Department of Education’s “End DEI” Portal
Earlier today, the US DoE announced a portal where parents can “share the receipts of the betrayal that has happened in our public schools.”
From the DoE website:
“Today, the U.S. Department of Education launched EndDEI.Ed.Gov, a public portal for parents, students, teachers, and the broader community to submit reports of discrimination based on race or sex in publicly-funded K-12 schools.
The secure portal allows parents to provide an email address, the name of the student’s school or school district, and details of the concerning practices. The Department of Education will use submissions as a guide to identify potential areas for investigation.
“For years, parents have been begging schools to focus on teaching their kids practical skills like reading, writing, and math, instead of pushing critical theory, rogue sex education and divisive ideologies—but their concerns have been brushed off, mocked, or shut down entirely,” said Tiffany Justice, Co-Founder of Moms for Liberty. “Parents, now is the time that you share the receipts of the betrayal that has happened in our public schools. This webpage demonstrates that President Trump’s Department of Education is putting power back in the hands of parents.’”
Click HERE to read more. UPDATE: Since time of publishing it has been reported that some users are receiving an error code when submitting via the portal. MIP recommends that parents compose their complaints in a word or google doc prior to attempting to use the online portal. If the portal does not work, cut and paste the content of your complaint into an email and send it along with any supporting attachments to Ocr@ed.gov.
MA parents, it’s time to speak up and make your voices heard. Because despite the MIAA being investigated and the positive changes happening elsewhere in the country, MA state-level leadership is still doubling down on fringe progressive ideology. Parents have been asking how they can push back. Now we know.
Share these two tools widely.
Report any offenses in your district, in accordance with the instructions.
Filed a report? Now tell your school. Let them know that they are being watched.
After you tell your school, tell us. We will be tracking the number of reports made in MA and we would love to add yours to our list. You can tell us in the comments here or email us at massinformedparents@gmail.com.
Alright, mom and dad. Let’s do this.
