🚨ALERT: The Un-Healthy Youth Act hearing date has been changed!
The activists at SIECUS will be there... will you?
*Note: this post originally went out via email with different information. The date of the hearing and the signup deadline changed after the email went out. This post has been updated to reflect the most current information.*
Yesterday we shared info with you about why we are testifying against the Un-Healthy Youth Act, why we think you should too, and how to sign up to testify.
We just learned that the date for the hearing has been changed. The hearing is now scheduled for Wednesday, October 11th and the deadline to sign up has been moved to Tuesday, October 10th at 3:00 pm.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THE HEARING INFORMATION HAS BEEN CHANGED.
If you are considering testifying, do NOT wait to sign up. Once you sign up, you will receive an email update direct from mahouse.gov with any additional changes. Click this link now and sign up today!
Can’t testify on October 11th? Massachusetts Family Institute has made it easy for you to contact your legislators and ask them to oppose the Un-Healthy Youth Act. Click the button below to visit the MFI Action Center and send your email today:
Or, better yet, sign up to testify AND contact your legislators!
To take a look again at the reasons we oppose this Un-Healthy Act, see our post from yesterday.
It’s more important than ever that concerned MA parents and citizens speak up against this dangerous bill. If you don’t, the only voices the legislators will hear will be activist voices, like the folks at SIECUS who are pushing hard in the other direction.
SIECUS has been rallying their troops in support of the Un-Healthy Youth Act. Here’s an email they sent out yesterday:
To see the “more information” document linked at the bottom of their email, click HERE.
SIECUS is doing their best to activate their radical network to weigh in. They pretend they want what is best for young people, but we know that isn’t true. We have exposed their sick agenda before, HERE. And really, it’s not difficult to expose SIECUS because they’re not even shy about promoting graphic sexuality and gender ideology to kids. Just check out their post about banned books week below. Let’s Talk About It, the twisted, groomer book that teaches minors how to use sex toys, calls porn “a sugary treat,” depicts naked people with large breasts and male genitalia (and more), is the first one on their list!
We don’t want activists like SIECUS making decisions for MA school districts. They’ve been doing their best to get their foot in the door, but legislators don’t have a responsibility to national activist organizations. They have a responsibility to taxpayers like YOU. Sign up now to speak up and speak out. Raise your voice against the Un-Healthy Youth Act.
